Communication Is Key
“What a difference a week makes!” is something I keep saying to myself, as I watch the country band together to focus on fighting the spread of the coronavirus. In some ways, it’s encouraging to see how flexible people are and how fast they can adapt to living by different rules.
As I talk to clients, I’m extremely lifted by the optimism in their voices, and the kindness they convey in asking about the health of my family and our employees. I’d like to pass on that kindness by sharing my sincere thoughts and prayers that all of you weather the storm and emerge stronger and more resilient on the other side.
From experience, I can say that succeeding with any type of change always boils down to effective communication.
