Molson Coors’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team was working to create an interactive experience for their employees when they requested our help. The values of this team run deeply through the organization, and the passion surrounding this project was palpable.

The DEI team envisioned a physical space that would activate all the senses in different ways as employees walked through. For the visual element, graphics were needed – not just as backgrounds or décor, but as part of the living, breathing experience. One of our specialties.
The project included a full revamp of materials, and once we were able to elevate what was provided, the project only grew as ideas evolved and new additions were made. From both sides. The experience was molded and shaped, through collaboration, into something both teams were proud of.

As an important element, the graphics took the experience to the next level. More than just creating things that would be passed over or seen as insignificant, we proved that using your eyes to see a story unfold is just as powerful as hearing it or reading it. And that’s what we did: created an important piece of the experience puzzle.
The full experience brings over 40 employees weekly to walk through the space and learn. The DEI experience challenges employees’ assumptions in a place created for safety and openness.
Allowing ourselves to create, review, revise, and create again made for a strong execution of the project’s vision. The space is engaging, powerful, and unique. Things we have in common in our work. Understanding the impact and necessity of a project like this resulted in graphics that were expertly crafted and uniquely suited for the important purpose they continue to serve.
